Book your vehicle in five steps
Here's the full process, start to finish. Weekly rates include applicable taxes and required ABI daily liability coverage. Your full checkout total, standard card processing fees, and a $50 card pre-authorization hold are shown before you book. Your reservation is finalized after payment authorization and the Rental Agreement are completed.
Search & reserve
Pick your dates and vehicle, then complete checkout to confirm the first week's rental.
Review included ABI coverage
Your weekly rate includes applicable taxes and required ABI Virginia state-minimum daily liability coverage.
Consider extra protection
After your dates are confirmed, you may separately choose optional additional protection through RentalCover.
Authorize your card
A valid debit or credit card stays on file, with a $50 pre-authorization hold maintained until the end of the trip.
Sign & finalize
Review your total, accept the payment authorization, and sign the Rental Agreement to finalize your reservation.

Review included ABI coverage
ABI is built into checkout
ABI provides the required Virginia state-minimum liability coverage for each rental day. This coverage and applicable taxes are included in your weekly rate. ABI is the insurance option built into RentID checkout.
Consider optional additional protection
RentalCover is optional
After your rental dates are confirmed, you may choose eligible additional protection, such as damage waivers, through RentalCover. This is separate from and does not replace the required ABI liability coverage included in your weekly rate.

Card and payment authorization
A valid debit or credit card is required on file for the entire rental period. A $50 pre-authorization hold is placed on that card and remains until the end of the trip. By completing checkout and signing the Rental Agreement, the renter also authorizes Flexible Auto Rentals Inc. to securely maintain the payment method for weekly rental charges, approved extensions, tolls, tickets, administrative charges, fuel, late-return charges, damage, and other amounts authorized under the Rental Agreement.
Apple Pay and Google Pay may still appear during checkout, but wallet payments usually need to be presented again for future sessions. A reusable debit or credit card on file is required while the vehicle is out.

Your reservation is not finalized until the payment authorization is accepted and the Rental Agreement is signed.

Before you book
What you'll need
Age 25+ with a valid license
Renters must be 25 or older. Bring the physical driver's license you'll be using; identity is verified during booking.
ABI coverage is required
Required ABI Virginia state-minimum daily liability coverage is included in your weekly rate.
$50 card hold
A valid debit or credit card is required. A $50 pre-authorization hold remains until the end of the trip.
One week minimum
Rentals run weekly and renew for as long as you need the vehicle.
